Coaches
Kevin Giblin is entering his 31st year of coaching. He has coached at the youth, high school and college level. He served as an assistant coach at Georgetown University and in the summer of 2008 helped coached the USA U-19 team to a world championship gold medal. Kevin is a graduate of Washington College and earned his masters from Trinity University.
Ted Moon
The 2014 US Lacrosse Assistant Coach of the Year for the Washington DC area, Coach Moon has mentored the Georgetown Prep face off unit the last seven of the 11 years that he was a member of the Hoyas coaching staff. Ted was on the staff of the Washington DC "Command" Division Under Armour All-America. The DC team made it to the Final Four. He has also been a selector for several other all star games such as Free State and Wave Lax, and was a coach of the Washington DC team for the Brine National tournament in 2011 and 2014. Ted was a member of numerous top Club Blue teams including an undefeated 29-0 U15 team in 2012 and a 24-1 U15 team in 2010.
A former co-captain at the University of Michigan, Ted was a teammate of current Wolverine head coach John Paul and still an active alum for his beloved alma mater. Off the field, Coach Moon received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is the Founder/Principle of Pathfinder Interactive.
